What is TILLIVERY and how much does it cost?
TILLIVERY is TILL Kitchen’s family-style meal delivery service.
When you sign up for a TILLIVERY monthly subscription, you enjoy weekly deliveries of family-style, 3-course meals that serve four for as little as $12.50/person, including delivery! Made from sustainably raised ingredients (local and organic whenever possible) this bountiful meal for 4 meets our $49.99/week minimum order. Of course, you are welcome to add additional meals, sides & sweet treats from TILL Kitchen's bakery
. If you prefer to pick up your meals (or if you live outside our delivery zone
) you are welcome to pick them up at TILL Kitchen.

How does TILLIVERY work?
Sign up & receive your TILLIVERY cooler. *100% refundable $60 deposit
- Each Sunday, you'll get a menu email reminding you it's time to order next week's TILLIVERY. You can also find our monthly seasonal menu here.
- Please customize your meals by Wednesday at midnight.
- Choose 2 entrées, a soup, a salad & a sourdough bread to create a bountiful meal that feeds 4—and meets our minimum order of $49.99/week. Of course, you are welcome to add additional meals, sides & sweet treats from TILL Kitchen's bakery.
- Remember to put your TILLIVERY cooler & ice packs outside on the porch on delivery day (Tuesday or Wednesday). We will send a reminder email the day before your delivery.
- Dinner is ready! Open your cooler, follow heating instructions on our labels & savor a special meal with loved ones.
Is there a minimum order?
When you sign up for a TILLIVERY subscription, you make a 30-day commitment to order a weekly minimum of $49.99. That covers a family-style, 3-course meal for four people. Of course, you are welcome to add additional meals, sides & sweet treats from TILL Kitchen's bakery
Do I have to order the “family-style” meal (2 entrées, soup, salad & sourdough bread to serve 4 people)?
Our minimum order of $49.99 covers a 3-course dinner for four. Customize your meal by selecting the entrées, soup and salad of your choice. And
you are welcome to add additional meals, sides & sweet treats from TILL Kitchen's bakery.
Will TILLIVERY’s portions work for a couple? It says family-style meals serve four.
Yes! Many of our customers are couples or housemates. One of the reasons we package our entrées in 2-serving containers is to make it easy for our customers to choose different entrees and make two dinners from one order. Our soups & salads are portioned for four: You can eat half and save the rest for later.
Are your meals pre-portioned?
Salads & soups are portioned in 4-cup containers. Entrées are portioned in two 2-serving containers. Perfect to split between parents & kids, make two meals for a couple, or accommodate special dietary needs.
Are your meals frozen?
TILLIVERY meals & ingredients are never frozen.
Is there any cooking involved?
TILLIVERY meals are already prepared. Only the soup & entrée need to be heated.
How many menu options will I have every week?
Our chef will curate 6 seasonal entrees, 4 salads, 4 soups every week, along with our signature sourdough loaf. You can also add delicious side dishes & TILL Kitchen bakery treats (from dinner rolls to scones & chocolate chip cookies) to your order. Our Pastry Chef plans to introduce more goodies soon, including gluten-free & vegan breads & cookies.
How do I heat up my meals?
Heating instructions are on the labels of our entrées & soups.
How long does it take to heat up meals?
Heating instructions will vary by item, but the average entrée is ready to serve in 20-30 minutes.
Can meals be frozen?
Yes, every entrée, soup & bread can be frozen. Salads, on the other hand, do not tend to freeze well!
Will salad dressing come on the side?
Yes, of course we will package dressing in its own container. That’s a must for crisp salads—and it makes it easier to save salad leftovers for lunch the next day!
Where is the food prepared?
It’s prepared fresh by our team of chefs at TILL Kitchen in northeast Colorado Springs (Briargate area).
Is it the same food as at TILL Kitchen?
Although some menu items will overlap, TILLIVERY's menu features family-style meals specially curated by our chef for our family of subscribers.
How do you define local?
Food that’s grown or raised in the state of Colorado.
Are all the ingredients organic and local?
When available we will always select local &/or organic. A big part of our mission is to support local food in every way possible. Organic fruits & vegetables grown in Colorado on small family farms are fresher & offer more variety, since small farmers experiment more with heirloom varieties & diverse other crops that big conventional farms don’t bother with. Local also requires less fuel to transport. And it’s a great way to support the local community & economy. We’re always eager to build relationships with new farmers & artisan food businesses in Colorado. During the winter, we bring in fresh items primarily from California, Arizona & Mexico.
What ingredient standards can my family count on?
You can always rest assured that all the meals we deliver are made with high-quality ingredients & never contains hormones; antibiotics; artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colors & flavors & other stuff you don’t want to feed your family.
How do I know I live in your delivery zone? What if I don’t?
We deliver within a 10-mile radius
from TILL Kitchen. If you live outside our delivery area, you can still sign up
& pick up your order at TILL Kitchen
in the our coffee area, the ROOST.
What day and time will my weekly TILLIVERY arrive?
To help with your weekly meal routine, your TILLIVERY will arrive on the same day every week, either Tuesday or Wednesday. We will let you know your regular delivery day soon after you sign up. Your food will be delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your delivery day. TILLIVERY provides premium coolers & ice packs as part of the service, for a 100% refundable $60 deposit. Your food will keep fresh for up to 12 hours on your doorstep. It’s a good idea to leave your cooler in the shade during warmer months.
Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
No. When you sign up, you will receive a 70-quart Coleman cooler to leave on your front doorstep on delivery day. Our driver will place your food inside the cooler with 3 ice packs. Your freshly prepared meal will remain chilled for up to 12 hours.
When will I get my ice packs?
We will supply them with your first TILLIVERY.
Can I choose my delivery day?
At launch, we will be offering weekly delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday. We hope to expand offerings in the coming months. Shortly after you sign up, we will let you know which day we deliver to you.

Your home or your office—or you can pick up your meal at TILL Kitchen
What if I plan to pick up my TILLIVERY. Do I need a cooler?
Yes, we recommend you bring a cooler when you pick up—especially during warmer months. That way, your food will stay fresh, and have a comfy ride home.
Do you plan to expand your delivery zone?
Yes. We’ve limited the delivery area initially so that we can be sure to deliver the most delicious meals. However, if you live outside the delivery area, you’re welcome to be a weekly subscriber and pick up your meal at TILL Kitchen.
We will have it ready for you upon your arrival.
What if I have allergy or dietary needs?
Our menu will feature a variety of items each week with a complete ingredient list for each dish. We will always have at least one vegetarian option in each category. If you or someone in your family has severe food allergies, TILLIVERY may not be a good fit for you. Since we use nuts, flour & other ingredients containing gluten in TILL Kitchen, where our meals are freshly prepared, we cannot guarantee there will never be cross contamination. On our menu, we use a Gluten Free icon to indicate dishes that do not contain wheat or other ingredients containing gluten, but these dishes are not certified gluten free. If you have specific questions about our food, contact us.
Will nutritional information be listed?
We do not currently have the capability to offer detailed nutrition information, such as you find on packaged food labels. We DO provide complete ingredient lists for every TILLIVERY dish. So you will know what’s in it before ordering. We will also clearly indicate vegetarian, vegan & dairy-free options.
On our menu, we use a Gluten Free icon to indicate dishes that do not contain wheat or other ingredients containing gluten, but these dishes are not certified gluten free.

How does billing work?
You will see your weekly $49.99 TILLIVERY charge every Monday. When you're doing your weekly meal selection and you decide to add items, such as additional entrées, soups, salads, sides or treats from TILL Kitchen's bakery, you will be billed for those items at checkout.
How can I cancel?
We will be sorry to see you go. If you have concerns about our service or delivery, please consider placing your account on hold instead of canceling immediately. Just give us a call at 719-470-6046 or email info@TILLIVERY.com.
Can I skip an order if I am out of town?
We are not able to make this happen as we launch the service. We do hope to add this capability to our website shortly. Our recommendation: Bless your neighbor, family member or friend with the gift of a delicious TILLIVERY meal. Or ask a neighbor, friend or family member to put it in your refrigerator or freezer for you.
